Should the US Rejoin the UN Human Rights Council?

Former US Ambassador to the UN, Nikki Haley, called the UN Human Rights Council a "hypocritical" body that "makes a mockery of human rights". Many criticized her and former President Trump for withdrawing from the UN body. Their message was that the US would not stand with this racist body. Now, President Biden wants to return as a member of the UNHRC despite the fact that nothing has changed.
