Caught in the middle “Special Orders Gone Wrong”

A Simple Home Depot shade order goes bad. You as the handyman are the middle man and left trying to explain why the people you deal with are incompetent. You won’t believe what they did so I’m posting the voicemail so you can hear it for yourself. I’m sure it’s hard for the customer to believe you ordered stuff in the first place.
