Every wondered what made the perfect pizza? I found out recently when I visited Ricciardi’s Pizzeria and Bar in Richmond Hill, GA. Chris Ricciardi invited me into the kitchen to watch the making of a deep-dish Chicago style pizza with only the freshest and most high-quality ingredients.

He also made a Chicago style thin crust pizza, but the highlight for me was eating the deep-dish pizza. It was delicious and filling. I ate two pieces and felt like I just ate a whole pie. If you are in the Savannah area you must stop in for some pizza; you will NOT be disappointed. Buon appetito!
