ACE Impressions Evil Genius 2 World Domination

Today ACE provides his first impression thoughts on Evil Genius 2, the sequel to the classic Bond Villain simulator that was the original Evil Genius. Do not buy this game at the full price of $39.99, and even though it is on sale for $19.99 I'd say it is still too much for the game right now. In addition, this is one of those games where you are buying the shell of the game for those prices.
