Freedom of Speech: China vs USA government model

Summary.
China is run by CCP, national election isnt really a thing there. Only local elections in districts. Free speech seems to be more or less free aslong as you dont talk badly about CCP or criticizing it.

USA is run by two party system, Democrats and Republicans being the main ones. Free speech is guaranteed since the foundation of the country, so group getting protection from criticism is not part of it.
