MZTV 220 - 07/24/2019: Does Paul Give Advice for Wrecking Marriages?

What does Paul mean in 1 Corinthians 7:29 when he says that those who have wives ought to be as though not having them? Is Paul giving advice that would wreck marriages? This is the insistence of a particular teacher who believes that Paul's marriage advice in 1 Corinthians is obsolete. As if Paul would give bad advice in ANY era!
