we streamed the 11/03/2021 Supreme Court oral arguments for NYSRPA v. BRUEN. The first 2nd Amendment Supreme Court case that the court has taken in 10+ years.

The consequences for a pro-gun ruling could be huge. We could see the end of "May Issue" systems for issuing concealed carry permits in states like California, New York and right here in Maryland.

there's also an interesting argument to be made about this "May Issue" scheme violating the 14th amendment, which Justice Alito points out during the oral arguments.
