The worst mistake anyone ever made was telling Andy Belmont what he couldn’t do. As a young Richard Petty fan, the dirt racer from Pennsylvania set his course early on an all-out bid to one day race in NASCAR. Of the many friends he made along the way, each helped him up the ladder until the chance came to compete in one of the sport’s most legendary seasons. Only then did he discover how much more fun it was to compete in ARCA. But, like many of his counterparts, 2004 presented one more opportunity to revitalize his career.
