Vaccine Baby Looking Around Only Hours Old

Reports are surfacing globally of "Vaccine Babies"; babies conceived from two Covid vaccinated parents. Common traits are holding their heads up within hours of birth, less white in the eye, standing and walking at only a few months of age, and expressing advanced characteristics prior to the age of one year old.

Is this normal? Are we experiencing Transhumanism before our eyes? Is this part of the Eugenics agenda's?
