What does a FHA or VA Loan Appraisal consist of? Are you looking to purchase a home using an FHA or VA loan? Been curious about what it is an Appraiser looks for, to fund for FHA or VA loans (beyond value determination)? Sellers and Buyers! Guidelines that FHA or VA Loan Appraisers must follow are known as MPR's. Not knowing them can result in frustration to sellers and buyer alike during in the transaction. Appraisers finding these discrepancies (noted in the video) can result in closing delays, or even sale termination! This video is designed to address these, so you can prepare your home for sale (Sellers), or know what your purchasing before you do (Buyers)! My name is Michael Petras, I'm Your Star Realtor!
