Geological Petroleum: The True Origins of Hydrocarbons

This is the original National Public Radio broadcast 'Science Friday' from approximately 1994. It was audio only, to which I added the red captions. This video has been copied MANY times without offering the courtesy of credit. The thesis presented was popularized by Cornell University colleague Thomas Gold, partly from his book 'THE DEEP HOT BIOSPHERE.' Tommy, as his friends called him, always pointed to the Russian and Ukrainian scientists as the source of the GEOLOGIC THEORY of hydrocarbon and carbon (i.e. coal) stores in the Earth's crust. The notion of "fossil fuels" is absurd.
