DARPA Electromagnetic Radiation Mind-Control 2018

In 2018 DARPA announces a bold initiative to develop what they call 'Next Generation Non Surgical Neuro Technology' so that the human brain can directly interface and link our brains with outside systems.

DARPA created the internet, GPS, cell phones etc and have developed this new technology and needs humans to be injected with certain substances for it to work. It is sold under the slogan that humans will be able to control machines but what they don't tell you is that it is not a one way street.
