Clearing Clutter in Your Mind And Old Energy

In this video, I wanted to talk to you about how clearing clutter is not just about the physical clutter we have. Like the physical, you need to also clear your mind, your spirit and your energy.

One way I do this, is by cleaning my social media, I was able to clear a lot of old energy! Your social media is part of your external environment. As you move along your spiritual journey, you need to clear out any people and energy that no longer serves you.

As we raise our vibrations, we need to find our vibrational matches. This might require you letting go and moving on from people or objects that hold lower vibrations.

So, ask yourself, have you cleared the clutter in your mind and decluttered your energy?
