CPS screwed us and got paid to do it.

In 2021 CPS in San Antonio screwed us hard, I remember when they screwed us in 1985 with power outages and a federal disaster was declared. They got huge funds, where did they go? In Feb. of 2021 it froze here and they said they fixed it, they got huge raises as a result. They went on TV congratulating themselves on a great job done and demanded raises and got them from Ron-The-Con (mayor).
