What is Passive Income? - A short and sweet explanation.

There is all kinds of info on what Passive Income is, and some of it is confusing. Some even suggest there is no such thing as passive income, and if that's what they believe, so be it. I believe passive income exists, and here's my short and sweet explanation of why I think that.
