One can also read the text from the article link above, or one can download the article to PDF and read it from there. I've found downloading PDFs from WebtoPDF is really good, as it does not cut off the bottom half of the first page as usually happens with Substack articles.

Another Devolution series is being created by one, named "SLAG" and titled "The Wartime Presidency". I'm late in posting it, as I didn't realize it would be continuing with successive articles. Nor was I aware of the video version of the articles.

The original upload of this video was narrated with character recognition software. Consequently, some of the narration was difficult to understand. In addition, the creator of that video did not strictly follow the text as written. So I have replaced that video.
