9/11 – Have We Forgotten Its Significance and Impact?

Saturday, September 11 will be 20 years since America was brutally attacked by terrorists. Some 3,000 perished and countless others injured physically and emotionally for life. More died than at Pearl Harbor and its impact on our lives are still yet to be fully realized. If so, why are more students not learning about 9/11? Why are we so willing to ignore its lessons?
