Question 54

"Dear Gopal,
I have a question about "feeling safe" to share. Does that mean, I only share, if I feel safe with the person I have a problem with? For example:
A good friend of mine after 20 years of friendship for the first time yelled at me and even got physical. A day later she kind of apologised but blamed me for the things she did (in her perception I pushed her first which is, from my point of perception ABSOLUT not possible, so we have a complete different perception of the same situation). Now I would like to share honesty with her but feel, that I don't feel safe to open up to her. My nervous system is a bit in shock. But I really want to solve that issue with her and be courageous enough to talk my truth as well.
How do I distinguish if sharing is just uncomfortable and I try to avoid it or if it's really not safe?
