Vicki and Linda, two sisters who attend the church I pastor, informed me that their father (in his late 70s) had suffered a terrible stroke. It was the Sunday before Thanksgiving, and they were attending our Sunday morning service. That is when I was informed that their father had a devastating and terrible stroke. The minute they told me, I knew in my heart that I had to get to the Chambers-burg Hospital to pray for him. I told them that as soon as I could, I would get up to the hospital, even today.
