Why are main stream media SUDDENLY reporting on heart attack risk factors?

How strange that none of the articles mention the elephant in the room ― the COVID jabs ― as the most severe heart attack risk. Seems like all these other factors are being set up as the scapegoat for COVID jab induced injuries.

NB: Blaming heart attacks and other possible vaxx injuries on climate change, has also been popular recently.

I wonder if the COVID unvaxxed are at equal risk from all the mentioned risk factors 🤔
