Bob Chiaradio Speaking To Favorable AG Ruling On OMA Complaint & Gender Queer In Westerly, RI School Library

Bob Chiaradio has won, in part, Open Meetings Act compliance complaints with the Rhode Island AG Office of Peter Neronha.

The complaints in question were the lack of agenda items not in full description and the lack of backup materials on the Secretary of State's website as required by law.

Following his appearance during the open forum segment of the meeting, Bob Chiaradio received rebuttal comments from school committee members regarding the Open Meetings Act violations and the removal of pornographic books from the Westerly, RI Public School libraries.
