Hello, My name is Matt. I still have a lot of work to do but I have improved my brain quite a bit. The last 5+ years have been extremely hard. I had an "awakening", realizing I needed to change my life but didn't know-how. I did not have friends or mentors that could help me on my rough path.

If I can improve my mind, you ABSOLUTELY can.

I want to share the hard-fought battles I have won if they could help you. I am still in the fight daily, but if I can save you a little time or give you an insight, that would be great. This is a part of my journey to improve.

I also want to create a resource that could have helped me early on when I needed it most. That is Sovereignty League. More raw. More relatable. A "place" to belong with like-minded people, who want to improve, at all different levels.
