Code 3 PSE XL5K w/stingrays

This was originally supposed to come out for Turkey Day.. but as mentioned previously the Tech Gremlins struck and much was lost. I was able to bring a good chunk of it back and do some editing of old and new Video.

XL5000 First Look, came from Western PA near Pittsburgh from an EMS unit.
