LA State Rep. Orgeron, Wind power and working smart for Louisiana

There are discussions at the Louisiana Capital about who the smartest person in the Legislature is. I don't know that answer, but I can tell you after this interview you may realize we have an elected official in Southern Louisiana that cares about his community and our State; and has a lot of know how to get it right. Representative Orgeron is somebody who puts a lot of experience behind his hard work. And he talks about wind power in Louisiana.
