SHOULD WE "GRANDFATHER" IN ALL CURRENT POLITICIANS IN ORDER TO TRY & PASS PERMANENT TERM LIMITS???

I recently had an interesting chat with Peter Thomas, the founder and chairman of Americans For Term Limits .Org (in the interview he says, ".NET" but it is actually .ORG) He currently only has 75 sponsors in the House and 15 sponsors in the Senate and needs are our help contacting our representatives and making sure they are on board and co sponsoring this legislation. I am going to work with Peter and try to help him in any way I can. The only way I see term limits ever becoming a reality in the future, is to bribe the people we need for votes to pass it. So I have a simple question for you all: Do we want to leave things the way they are and let these politicians stay in Washington forever OR...Make a deal with them that allows them to continue running indefinitely in exchange for their vote to pass term limits on future legislators???
