Used Sister Schubert’s Frozen Dinner Rolls, thawed. 1 cup fried caramelized onion in Smart Balance Oil (reduced from two cups raw and chopped onions). Poppy seed may be out of stock locally. I purchased from Walmart or Amazon, online.
