Beef and Broccoli Stirfry, A Delicious Variation

Beef and Broccoli Stirfry is simple and delicious. As with all stirfrys its most important to have all ingredients prepped and ready before starting. Things happen so quickly once the pan is hot and you start cooking there is no time to pause or just quickly cut something else to add. In this recipe we are using Chinese broccoli and Steak that has been seared , cooled and then sliced for a quick and tasty dinner.
