I was NOT planning on going for 75 Kgs today. I was not feeling super energetic/on my A game today. However, the 72.5 Kgs attempt went so EASILY, and I was feeling incredibly hyped, and confident afterwards, that I figured that I was not going to let it go to waste, and think about what might have been; so I WENT FOR IT.
It was certainly not the cleanest rep, as I think I was a little out of position, and off balance, due to being excited, which ended up making it a bit more difficult, I think. But HEY, it is a 1 Rep Max attempt, right?
