In this video we explore the nature of our "thinking-mind" or ego and how it dictates our experience of reality for better and for worse.

Though by cultivating what we call our "aware-mind" through meditation we can start to observe our ego in real time so we can assess the accuracy, or perhaps usefulness, of our thoughts and feelings as they pertain to what we're trying to do with ourselves.
