Resident Biden's commencement speech at South Carolina State University was a minefield of outright lies, misinformation, far left fantasies, and dementia riddled bad craziness.

Biden, goaded on by the mainstream media and his helpers, exists in an alternate universe where the horrors of racial inequality reign down on black Americans with the same intensity as the end of Reconstruction.
