Making French Toast but it's Vegan

I love French Toast it's one of my staples for breakfast for dinner! I've been vegan for 8 years but this is the first time I've found a good recipe for vegan french toast that actually hits the mark. Enjoy! Who else does breakfast for dinner?

Recipe:
1 cup almond milk
1 TBSP ground flax seeds
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 TBSP sugar
1/2 TSP Baking Powder
1/4 TSP salt

Mix all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl, dip the bread until coated, cook until golden brown! Enjoy!
