Two Farmers Arrested In Ottawa, Canada For Having Empty Slip Tanks On Pickup Trucks

Two farmers volunteering at the trucker protest in Ottawa are being arrested for having empty slip tanks in their truck. Their truck is being impounded and towed by Ottawa Metro Towing. I guess not ALL of the tow companies are on our side. This is so totalitarian it's barely believable. They are arresting people for having fuel receptacles.
