I FINALLY got some more weight over the holidays, which I can now start putting to good use. I know my true 1 Rep Max is higher than this, but I figured I had to do this as a sentimental/symbolic moment, and to finally put this long overdue lift in the books. This felt pretty easy, to be honest; easier than expected. It looks grinding because of how slow I am off of the floor/long legs, but it felt surprisingly smooth. The next saga begins. Onwards to 200 kgs 🤟🏻
