New York Mask Mandate Struck Down by NY Supreme Court

New York's Coof Mandate is shot down by Nassau County Court. This is the beginning of what will likely be an increasing trend by the courts. As conditions on the ground continue to evolve, and the virus weakens in strength, the excuse for such draconian measures decreases by the day--and the original Constitutional questions continue to be pressed before the courts. As such, the courts are most likely going to continue shooting down these mandates as they are violative of the US Constitution and the constitutions of the several states.
