I went for a walk and after some time had the inspiration to connect with you all.

Let's go ahead and call these videos "Let's Take a Walk" and I will use them to connect with you, and work on my physical self. I recently quit smoking and have been working a desk job. I desperately need more activity. Why not share these walks with you as I do some of my most inspired thinking.
