2) Get that curb appeal updated. A buyer is going to make a pretty strong decision of your home in the first 60 seconds and you want that impression to be favorable. Make sure your home is well kept, maintained, clean, and looks good from the driveway.

3) Have proper lighting in the home. Open the windows, allow natural light, make sure all your lights work, and that all your bulbs are the same color.
4) Declutter your home and remove all the knick knacks along with personal momentos. You want your home to look like an Airbnb or Hotel.

5) Reasonably price your home. We know that you want to shoot for the stars, but the market is going to dictate what someone is willing to pay for it.
