Cristian Fernandez - Interrogation Regarding The Death Of His 2 Year Old Brother

Cristian Fernandez is questioned regarding the death of his two year old brother, David. Fernandez was just 12 years old when he was arrested on March 14, 2011 and charged with murder in connection with David's death. Fernandez struck his brother’s head and face more than a dozen times. The toddler died at a hospital two days later. Fernandez was sentenced to four years in DJJ custody and was ordered to receive sexual abuse and trauma counseling. Seven years after Cristian Fernandez pleaded guilty to manslaughter he is now 19 and released from custody. He must serve eight years of probation.
