Walter Rayborn, 25, faces first-degree murder charges in connection with the July 2015 killings of Lance Love and Cornelius J. Poole. The two men were shot and killed at their Tharpe Street apartment. He also faces charges of burglary of a dwelling, armed robbery with a firearm, arson, tampering with evidence and animal cruelty. He was brought into interrogation after evidence from the apartment pointed to him.
