Unloading Charlotte Trolley 85 At The Belmont City Works

Early in the morning on January 4th 2022, Charlotte Trolley 85 was unloaded in Belmont North Carolina to be prepared to run on the NCDOT owned track just down the road. There was a lot of zig zagging the trailer back and forth for a good 30 minutes to make sure it left enough room for the third trolley but was not to close to the first. After getting the trailer in the right spot, they lifted the trolley with two lifts. The turn was so sharp with the two lifts in the way that they needed a third to help the trailer around the corner! Then they put the track under it and lowered it onto the rails.
