Ephesians 4:22-24 - The Transformation of the Christian

This passage has been misinterpreted many times to mean that the Christian needs to "put off" sin and "put on" good deeds, however, that is not at all what Paul is saying. Rather, Paul is setting us up for the imperatives he is going to give in the following verses, to teach us we have been transformed, therefore we CAN do what he will call us to do.
