Fruits and Berries, a small Tennessean Homestead

Pumpkin seeds, Pumpkin flesh, after 5 months. Today is Feb. 9th 2022 and I could not believe that after 5 months of our first ever grown Cinderella Pumpkin, that it is still juicy and looking to be delicious for tonight's dinner! Our small North Eastern Tennessee Homestead is growing and on some upcoming video's, I hope to introduce our egg incubator, 50 jumbo size eggs to go into the incubator and how we are preparing to grow our own meat and eggs on the Homestead. Spring is closing in on us and I now have to get all the 30 plus fruit trees, nut trees and berry bushes prepared to be able to produce this year. In the past 2 years, we have had late frosts that literally have killed our developing fruits.
