Here is what happened on at recent job site that we subcontracted another company to complete the work for us. We were swamped with work and decided to try subcontracting out to this company for the first time. Let me tell you it will be the last!

We have had several good companies that have subcontracted work from us so it is not always an experience like we had here. But I wanted to help you guys learn if this is something you want to consider doing to help increase your business.
