Here is just one example of how I've been screwed by a customer I was trying to complete a project for. It started out with an agreed upon price, but then he started changing things. After all the work was said and done, I never got the second half of my pay, and the only thing I got from taking him to court was my legal fees covered.

I am hoping this video will help you guys to avoid getting stuck in a similar situation. Whether you own a lawn care business, or some other small service business, the threat of being screwed by your customers is something you need to think about all the time.
