Biden’s America now consists of crack pipe distributions

The Health and Human Services Department is rolling out a $30 million grant program that will fund the distribution of items such as crack pipes to ‘underserved communities’. The Democrats appear to insist that this is for ‘racial equity’. Candace Owens pointed out that in Biden’s America, we are to only leave our homes to get vaccinated, do a smash-and-grab robbery, and then get our government-sponsored crack pipe on the way home. How much worse can this get in America with things like this going on?
