The Mayor has ensconced himself in the control room to work on this weekend's segues and has wandered back into the Forties for this one with Harry James coupled with Harry Connick, Jr. Connick is a throwback to the old style crooners so this all works. That works. The Mayor works. And we get the weekend works... what else is there?

Segue City will be a recurring short-form programming element of "The Big Kahuna" - one of GET's developmental Internet Radio formats created by Dain Schult. It’s all a part of GET’s radio division – American Internet & Radio (“AIR”).

It revives the art of mixing two songs together in a seamless pattern where it is tough to tell where the first song ended and the second one began. Sometimes the segues may also revolve around thematic ideas like matching or similar song titles. Other times there's hidden meanings and Easter Eggs in the mix as well. We'll try anything because no two Segue City Specials will ever be exactly the same...
