How To Remove A Shower Stall

We're removing an old mobile home shower stall. Same bathroom we have installed an American Bath Factory Sistine Stone Corner Shower Kit. We aren't trying to save any of the material, just get it out.

You can see getting the stuck shower head out of the wall how the drywall can break around it when you hang things from the shower heads.
