Biden insists 40-year high inflation only temporary

As inflation spirals out of control hitting a 40-year high in January, President Biden described the numbers only as “elevated.”

“Forecasters continue to project inflation easing substantially by the end of 2022,” the president said of Thursday’s inflation numbers.
