N BeefSteak Salad which is an easy variation on the traditional Northern Thaistyle green papaya or green mango salad. Semi ripe greenpear has a similar flavor and texture to green mangoes which matches so well with a quality beefsteak or any BBQ'd meat, poultry or seafood.
