FROM SLAVE TO SOLDIER | Break Free | Week 8

Key Scripture: Joshua 1:3-6

Engage: Do you possess a soldier's mindset? If so, share how God did it. If not, share how God will.

Discussion:

1. How do we shift from slave to soldier?
2. Why does God allow certain things to linger in our lives?
3. God isn’t interested in just delivering you from slavery but creating within you the mindset of a soldier
4. To create the mindset of a soldier we must recognize and walk in the authority Christ has given us
5. The part of us that is free is stronger than the part that is bound

Prayer:
1. Lord, thank you for my freedom from being a salve. 
2. Create within me Lord the spirit of a fighter, the strength of a warrior. 
3. Lord, give me the grace to create the mindset of a soldier, that I may fight the good fight.
4. With the authority in Christ I stand in my freedom and I declare my day of freedom is here, amen!
