Answering questions specifically and with just the facts will help you keep your audience engaged while you remain on track. When you are asked a question, give yourself a second to think it over and reply with a number. Numbering your response will keep you focused on what you’re explaining. A three or less point answer will help you to keep the attention of those you’re talking with, and you will give a strong impression that you know what you are talking about. Next, bullet point your numbers. This will help you get each point across and give your audience some thing clear and easy to remember.
